  5. Function :  Marks the beginning of a block.Move the cursor up/down to mark
  6.             the end of the region. (Only movements without 'Alt'or 'Shift'
  7.             -key). If you don't want to mark all the lines while moving up
  8.             /down press the right 'Alt' key;these lines will not be marked
  9.             You  can  also move the cursor to the right to change the left
  10.             beginning of a marked line.
